Leaf:

Sandwich structure, leaf thickness 120 mm. The metal sheath is filled under pressure (48 kg/m³) with PUR foam.
Energy saving low temperature interrupter and easy-to-replace gasket with lug. Sliding door seals through its own weight.
In case of stainless steel sliding doors, the longitudinal plate joints are machine welded and are therefore compliant with food regulations.

Fixed frame:

Full metal construction PUR foamed 130 x 80 mm with low temperature interrupter.
Visible surfaces are, like the door leaf, metal clad.
Replaceable circulating frame heating under a cover profile (230V~). Triple-looped heating in threshold area.
Plastic threshold, 80 mm high, with a tread plate out of high-alloy steel.

Fittings:

Stainless steel rail 3.0 mm (smoothed). Stainless-steel slide rails with ball-bearing polyamide rollers, silent, smoothly running and robust.
All fittings are bolted. Without locking unit.
Outside: Nickel-chromium steel handle
Inside: plastic handle recess.
