Designed for steady and heavy loads while
extremely
hygienic and slip-resistant
at the same time!

The thickness and quality of the cold-room floor
generally depends on the required load values,
hygienic requirements, process conditions and
legal requirements.
Whatever you choose, all our floors
have one thing in common: They are
designed for heavy and steady use. Depending
on your requirements, floor elements are
equipped with a stainless-steel surface layer
between 0.8 and 3.0 mm. A rugged and thick
pressure distribution plate incorporated
into the floor element prevents the PUR foam
from warping or being damaged.

Slip-resistant surface

Depending on the location, the legislation requires cold room floors to provide high slip-resistant characteristics.

Floor designs, loads

ideal for all accessible cold rooms which are used by serving and dish trolleys and a maximum overall weight of 100 kg.

recommend the use of a pulled up floor panel.

If the room will be subject to very high loads,
particularly robust designs with plate thicknesses between 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm are available.
Depending on the location, the floor plate may also be shaped like a shallow trough.
With reinforced floors we offer to weld the joints on site to guarantee seamless floors.

between -55°C and +35°C
